TravelOnline/Reservation Officer acts as a Middle-Man between you and the Hotel/Airline/Transfer entities. We offer a 'diligent search service' and book products separately on your behalf. We are NOT the entity itself. All services are provided AS-IS-WHERE-IS.
It is BEYOND our power to change Airline/Hotel/Government decisions during your trip. If the entity doesn't have the ability to solve a situation, TravelOnline doesn't have a greater ability to do so. Our role is strictly coordination and customer service.
Any force majeure event (Acts of God, government mandates, flight/coast guard delays) is BEYOND our control.
Remaining refundable amounts (if any) will be returned in the form of a Credit Shell. Note that TravelOnline’s commission/profit part is non-refundable.
• Rebooking Assistance: ₱500 per booking (1-5 pax increments).
• Web Check-in Assistance: ₱500.
• Post-booking Add-ons (Baggage/Meals): ₱250.
• Amendments/Upgrades: ₱500.
Arrivals after 6:30 PM: Pickup rescheduled to 9:00 AM next day. Optional private boat (₱2,500) or van (₱3,200). Return transfers: First out 4:30 AM, last out 4:00 PM.
Elnido: Environmental fees excluded. Tricycle to resort (₱50) and Van from El Nido airport (₱150) are on personal account. Electricity may vary.
TravelOnline does not accredit 3rd party agencies. We are not liable for promises made by unaccredited resellers. We only deal with the first-person payer (the agency) and will not honor altered vouchers.
For all text/details included in this page, we give all credit to whom credit is due. TravelOnline Philippines reserves the right to be informed of duplications from other websites. Give us the one-time courtesy notification and we will update the statement. Requests must be in writing to the Admin; allow 3-5 business days for amendments.
Late arrivals or failure to check-in forfeits the entire package. TravelOnline is not liable for refunds due to personal delays or connecting flight mishaps.
